Roastery Assistant
Full Keel Coffee is looking for a clean, organized and motivated person to join the team. We are growing fast, and this is a chance to get in on something great with lots of potential.
Assist with roasting day operations, packaging and order fulfillment, and be trained on the coffee roaster. Package coffee as a team. Possibility of delivery route.
Pay Range is $14-17/hr starting.
Qualifications/Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift 40lbs overhead and team lift up to 150lbs.
- Long periods of standing and walking in a hot and noisy environment (ear protection provided).
- Must be willing to taste the coffee for quality control.
- Organized, clean and practical
- Enthusiastic and forward thinking
